Our starting point is business driven: we focus on the gap between the Mission/Vison, Strategy definition and the bottom line Results (turnover growth, ebitda, roce, employee engagement, …). The latter being only a consequence of the Execution Effectivenes.

Our mission is advising and supporting the Board and the C-Suite on ‘strategy execution’ issues and challenges: we focus our interventions towards the ‘human being’, from a psychodynamic (individual and team), a role and a organization perspective.

Our interventions encompass from advice to the Chairman and the CEO, assessment and audit of C-level and beyond, facilitation on strategy execution, transition/transformation assignments, top team and individual coaching.
C-Focus connects with an European network of executive assessors, coaches and facilitators and is active in different partnerships.
