Van Hootegem

I bring +20 years experience as CHRO and member of the Executive Committee in large International Family owned entrepreneurial organizations.

I am since 2018 founder of C-Focus, active as executive coach, mentor and consultant. I am co-founder and partner at Genius, a smart capital fund.

My strongest leadership competencies are: visioning, empowering, rewarding and feedback, global mindset, emotional intelligence and resilience to stress.

I have a proven capability in Organization Transformation Programs with focus on Leadership Transformation, Company Culture and Operating framework & Design.

I am a clinical psychologist and certified Executive Master in Coaching & Consulting for Change (EMCC) at Insead Fontainebleau.

The focus of my coaching interventions are issues and challenges @ top management level: leadership personality and style, career transition & changes, interrelations frictions and top team/senior team dynamics.
