I bring more than 20 years of experience as CHRO and member of the Executive Committee in European family owned entrepreneurial organizations.

My strongest leadership competencies are: empowering, rewarding and feedback, global mindset, emotional intelligence and resilience to stress.

I believe in strong and sustainable business partnerships with the CEO, chairman and executives within an organization, based on business acumen, trust and authenticity.

I have a proven track record in Organization Transformation Programs with focus on leadership transformation, company culture and operating framework and design.

I am a clinical psychologist and a certified Executive Master in Coaching & Consulting for Change (EMCC) from INSEAD.

The focus of my coaching interventions is understanding and dealing with issues and challenges at top and senior management level, including leadership personality and style, career transition and changes, relational and team dynamics.
